About the Sustainability Accelerator

​

The Sustainability Accelerator is a tool used to simulate, action & deliver responsible business at scale. It enables business and sustainability leaders to effectively simulate and make responsible decisions that realize ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) value.

About my role

​

Project management:
- Develop a comprehensive research approach, interview guides, and manage recruitment and onboarding.
- Orchestrate co-creation workshops and facilitate conversations among stakeholders.

Research and prioritization:
- Conduct qualitative research with different stakeholders, clients and users to understand design requirements.
-Understand the ecosystem, user needs, pain points, and identify service touchpoints.
-Translate user insights into user personas, journey maps, user stories, and scenarios to guide the design process.
-Together with the product owner, prioritize user stories, crafting actionable HMW questions for UX/UI ideation.

Conceptualization and Wireframing:
- Define the service blueprint and touchpoints, ensuring a holistic user experience.
- Collaboratively generate UX/UI/processes solutions for the future experience of the product.
- Develop low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the user journey and interactions.

User Testing and Refinement:
- Create detailed interactive prototypes that simulate the user experience and demonstrate key interactions.
- Conduct user testing sessions with interactive prototypes to gather feedback and iterate on the user experience.
- Gather user feedback on visual aspects and refine UI designs accordingly.


Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and provide guidance during implementation.
- Communicate design decisions effectively to all stakeholders.

- Prepare detailed design specifications and guidelines for developers to follow during implementation.
